Subhash Pawar is writing reviews and articles from early 90s on art in Marathi and has published articles on astrology and various social subjects in daily, weekly, monthly and diwali magazines such as Lokamat, Lokrajya, Loksatta, Lokdrushti, Navakal, Navshakti, Navnagar, Nave Shahar, Maharashtra Times, Sakal, Samana, Goankari, Grahankit, Nakshtrache Dene, Grahvedh, Bhagyashreesanket, Brahmdyan, Yojak Ek Madhyam.
At present he is writing regular weekly reviews on art for a leading Marathi daily Lokamat from last four years.
Subhash Pawar has aslo written several articles on astrology and is studying astrology as a hobby . He has written articles on it in several Astrological Magazines.
He was Honorary Editor of "Nakshtrache Dene, half yearly Marathi Astrological volume (1993-97), "Aaj Guruwar" Diwali Issue (1998), "Maharashtra Vruttadarshan, a special Astrological Issue (2002)
He has recently won the National Award in Oct 2005 for stamp design on "Dialogue among Civilisations" organised by Dept of post & Telegraph, Govt. of India.
He has recieved many Awards, such as Award in LOGO Design Cometition(ICDS Scheme, Ministry of Social Welfare, New Delhi), Poster Design Competition (Small Saving Scheme, Maharashtra Govt.), Drug Addiction(Social Welfare Dept, Maharashtras Govt), Care for The Envirinment (Ministry of Environment, New Delhi), Maharashtra State Art Award for Advertising Campain on 'Diversity' in 38th Maharashtra State Art Exhibition., Maharashtra State Art Award for social advertising campain on 'Corruption' in 44th Maharashtra State art Exhibition. Design Postage stamp on completion of "Prithvi Theatre, Mumbai", selected by Dept of Post and Telegraph, Govt. of India.



He has participated in several Exhibitions and has done painting series on Astrology and Ganesha.
