For any purchase made or buy order placed on the site, buyer acknowledges to bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Once buy order is placed, it will be acknowledged with in two working days and accordingly buyer will be intimated regarding its acceptance or rejection with reasons thereof for rejection. Kalavishkar will have the full discretionary powers to receive / reject any order with/without any reason thereof.

2. Artwork will be dispatched to the buyer with in a week after receipt of full payment.

3.Artworks displayed on the site for sale may be located anywhere in India with the respective atists and would not always be in a physical possession of Kalavishkar.

4. Artworks available on the site will be sold for listed prices mentioned against each artwork and buyer will not be extended any discount on the listed price.

5.Listed prices excludes duties, taxes, packing and forwarding charges and buyer will have to pay applicable taxes with packing and forwarding charges at the prevailing rates. Once buy order is accepted, buyer will be intimated about taxes with packing & forwarding charges depending on the location of the buyer. Transit insurance cost will be charged additional if buyer wish to have transit insurance cover.

6. If the buyer wish to collect artwork from Kalavishikar, packing/forwading cost will not be charged to the buyer. However buyer has to collect the artwork with in a week from the date of receipt of full payment.

6 After receipt of full payment, buyer will be intimated about delivery schedule and name of transport/currier/shipping agency. Artwork will be dispatched at the billing/shipping address mentioned in the order form or amended thereafter by seperate mail.

7. Invoice & authenticity certificate will be send along with the artwork or if not send with the artwork, will be curriered seperately with an intimation to buyer in that effect.

8. For any foreign currency, 1 : 45 (USD : INR ) ratio is taken as a benckmark for calculation of listed price in INR however buyer will be billed at a prevailing exchange rate of all currencies.

9. The buyer warrants that all the information provided in the order form is true and correct unless intimated with a seperate mail to info@kalavishkar.com. Kalavishkar may seek the additional information from buyer to verify the indentity and buyer has to supply the same to the satisfaction of Kalavishkar.

10.The information of buyer such as Address/ Telephone Number /Email I.D. will be kept confidential and will never be shared with anyone for any reasons whatsoever. The information provided to Kalavishkar will only be used by kalavishkar to serve the respective buyers needs and interests.

11. The terms and conditions laid down herewith may change with out intimation to anyone and buyers have to keep updated themselves with the latest terms and conditions.,
